My dear pal Sue sent me this wonderful postcard. As a photography nerd, do I need to say that I love the picture here?!
The printed description on the postcard says: “Jordan Pond and the Bubbles are the handwork of the glaciers. During the last ice age, glaciers scoured deep valleys and rounded the island’s granite mountains. As the ice melted these valleys filled with water to create the many lakes of Acadia.”
There you go. Very pretty postcard. :) Thanks Sue!
