This is an official PC postcard (US-1457247) I received two days ago, coming from Ohio. The bird in the picture is a Red Tailed Hawk, one of Ohio’s native birds.

The second postcard is an official PC card (FI-1286855) coming from Tampere, the third biggest city in Finland.

Last, but not least – a postcard from my lovely pal Anu! It’s one of my favorites – it’s just that sweet! :)

This is such a cool card!!! It’s been in my favorites on Postcrossing for a long time and I’m very happy when I got it through a trade with lovely Jemma9580. Such a cool card, all I can say. :)

Gengenbach is a town in the district of Ortenau, Baden-Württemberg, Germany and a popular tourist destination on the western edge of the Black Forest with about 11,000 inhabitants.

This postcard is showing the town’s city hall, which is decorated as an advent calendar during holidays. As the building has exactly 24 windows on its front side, each window is decorated, and every day from Dec. 1 until Dec. 25 one window is opened. Just like you do it on those children’s advent calendars that hide a little chocolate behind each date… except this is a building and there is no hidden chocolate. :)

It’s a really cool thing, I must say!

Łódź is the third-largest city in Poland, located in the central part of the country. It is the capital of Łódź Voivodeship, and is approximately 135 kilometres (84 mi) south-west of Warsaw. The city’s coat of arms is an example of canting: depicting a boat, it alludes to the city’s name which translates literally as “boat”.

This is a nice Christmas card I received from a Slovenian user bianca through Postcrossing. The first time I receive anything Slovenian through Postcrossing, btw.  And knowing how much I like Slovenia… of course I’m happy! She could have sent me an empty piece of paper instead of a card, I’d still be happy. :)

The picture on the card is an illustration by Jelka Reichman, one of the most known children’s book illustrators in Slovenia.

A friend of mine visited Vienna, the capital of Austria, a while ago and brought this funny postcard back to me. It’s hilarious. Except… in my case, I’d probably have a bag full of postcards, and then half of something else cause I’d spend all my money on postcards. :D

This is a beautiful postcard of Trakai Island Castle that I got through a swap with Ugne. I really like the postcard, that castle looks really beautiful. Plus, in this postcard it’s covered in snow – which is kind of appropriate for this time of year! :D

The castle was constructed at the end of 14th century and the first decade of the 15th century. :)

I like them so much!! :D

This is quite an awesome view of the Dragon Bridge, and I think those roofs in the background are the cathedral.
